Coaching

Every leader needs a coach, even coaches have coaches. Not everyone wants one, but if you do and see the merits of having your thoughts and plans expertly challenged and tested, these 1-2 hour sessions could be invaluable and decisive. “Every conversation is really with yourself” Alan Watts. It’s our job to facilitate that conversation and to get you to turn thoughts and ideas into action.

Governance and Company Secretary Services

It is said that on average, 10 directors are jailed each week, for one reason or another. If you run a Ltd company it has limited liability, you do not. Limited liability for Directors is an illusion. If the worst happen and you and or your fellow directors are asked to explain their actions, only 2 questions count.
1. Did you do your best?
2. Did you do everything that could reasonably be expected of you?
The answer to both these questions is subjective but if is deemed by the courts the answer to either of these is no, you could be on your way to joining the 10 Directors jailed each week for breaching these simple rules. We can help, call us to discuss and get a quote.

Peer Advisory Groups for 5 to 12 business leaders.

If you were in a group of other leaders who do what you do, but in a different industry, what would you ask them? The advisory board you could never afford. This is a safe and confidential environment, chaired by an expert coach and fellow MD, an opportunity to test thinking and both seek and give advice to your fellow leaders.
